As mentioned in the previous pages, DPD and Sendcloud go along well to handle your e-commerce shipments, but a clarification of responsibilities is meaningful to meet expectations.
- DPD is responsible for:
- Offering you a contract, price quotes and all needed operational performance and customer support.
- Activating your API credentials needed to submit in the Sendcloud plugin and handing them over to you
- Commercial contact: sales@dpd.be // Technical contact: it.cs@dpd.be
- Sendcloud is responsible for:
- Supplying you with a working plug-in to let your e-commerce activities take place
- Updating and fixing any possible technical plug-in issues caused by the plug-in not being up to date.
- Sendcloud Support Center: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us
- You are responsible for:
- Hosting and maintenance of your web shop framework
- Submitting your DPD credentials and settings correctly into the Sendcloud plug-in.
- Addressing the right partner in case of issues (Sendcloud=Technical / DPD=Operational&Support)
